LitAgent OS is a literary agency management platform that provides tools for managing authors, submissions, deals, contracts, finances, and royalties.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload or create within LitAgent OS. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your data is isolated at the database level and cannot be accessed by other users on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

LitAgent OS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
