Beta Program Addendum | LitAgent OS

1. Relationship to Terms

This Beta Program Addendum supplements the LitAgent OS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If this addendum conflicts with the general Terms for beta-only access, this addendum controls for the invite-only beta period.

2. Invite-Only Beta Access

Beta access is available only to invited United States customers. Invitations are personal to the invited email address, may expire, and may be revoked if issued in error or misused.

3. Complimentary Beta Period

Beta participants receive complimentary access for the beta exemption period shown during invitation acceptance. LitAgent OS does not require a payment card to accept a beta invitation, and beta participants will not be automatically charged when the complimentary period ends.

4. Beta Product Changes

The beta product is production software made available to a controlled group before broad public signup. Features may change, improve, or be limited during beta as we respond to operational, security, billing, support, and customer feedback.

5. Data and Feedback

Customer data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and the data ownership terms in the Terms of Service. Feedback you provide about the beta may be used to improve LitAgent OS without additional compensation or approval.

6. Support and Availability

Beta support is provided through the support channels made available in the product. Service availability, response times, and support coverage during beta may differ from later public paid-launch commitments.

7. Ending Beta Access

We may suspend or end beta access for operational, security, billing, or misuse reasons. Before paid conversion, beta participants must explicitly choose a paid plan, provide payment details, and accept the applicable paid terms.
